Pink - the colour of winter sports

BWT has also been involved as a partner in winter sports since 2017. Here, BWT's presence extends from the breathtakingly steep slopes above the hubbub of the finishing area to the ski-resort dancefloors. It's hard to imagine alpine ski racing without BWT, which, in addition to the legendary Hahnenkamm downhill in Kitzbühel, also sponsors the SWISS Ski Team and numerous athletes. BWT is also widely represented on the ski jumping and flying hills of the world, where it celebrates multiple successes with its teams and athletes every season. Moreover, BWT is also represented in the national Swiss Ice Hockey Cup.

Alpine skiing

Swiss Ski

The Swiss Ski Federation, Swiss Ski, has been at the very heart of ski sports in Switzerland since 1904, and can now count on the support of BWT as an official sponsor.

BWT has signed an extensive sponsorship agreement with the Swiss Ski Federation and has therefore entered into a very special collaborative venture. In addition to start numbers for the races in Switzerland and bottle sponsorship for the top Swiss skiing athletes, the sponsorship package also includes perimeter advertising near the slopes. BWT is also the official water partner of Swiss Ski.

Hahnenkamm race, Kitzbühel

Since 1931, the Hahnenkamm race in Kitzbühel has been one of the most famous World Cup races in alpine skiing and the "Streif", as the run is called, is regarded as the most spectacular downhill in the world with jumps of up to 80 metres. BWT supplies the legendary Kitz Race Club with its excellent Magnesium Mineralized Water and the Streif radiates in glowing Pink.

Ski jumping

BWT jumping skis

BWT is an official jumping ski producer. In cooperation with Fischer Sports GmbH, BWT has been sponsoring a team wearing the pink BWT jumping skis since 2017. The two companies have a great deal in common: BWT and Fischer both operate internationally and are benchmarks in their domains. They each focus on technology and innovation, deliver the highest quality standards and are therefore highly successful in water technology and winter sports equipment respectively. The basis for a long-standing partnership is therefore a matter of course.
